Hi, I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on an Acer 3003 Laptop, everything is working great except the Audio. On investigation I found that the 'Realtek 97 Audio' had been replaced by 'Multimedia Audio Controller' which had no drivers installed. When I tried to obtain a driver Windows 10 just kept installing a Realtek 97 Driver (RTKZAC SYS) which immediately caused my computer to crash and go into a loop restart. I eventually managed to get into Safe Mode and disable the 'Multimedia Audio Controller' then delete the (RTKZAC SYS) driver from 'System 32 Drivers Folder'. Which allowed my computer to start up normally.
